Recurring Cleaning
The heart of Brightside. Weekly, biweekly, or monthly visits from your assigned two-person team. They learn the house: which counters get the special cleaner, where the cat hides, which room is off limits. Skip or reschedule with two days notice, no fees.
Deep Cleaning
Everything in a standard clean plus the places that only get attention once or twice a year: baseboards, door frames, vents, blinds, light fixtures, tile grout, inside the oven and fridge. Most first-time customers start here, then move to a recurring plan to keep it.
Move-In / Move-Out
Empty homes, cleaned to hand-back standard: inside every cabinet and drawer, appliances, closets, and floors. Renters get deposits back; sellers hand over keys proudly; buyers move into a house that smells like a fresh start instead of the last owner.
Short-Term Rental Turnovers
Same-day turnovers between guests with hotel corners on the beds, restock checks on consumables, and a photo set sent to your phone when we lock up. Damage or left-behind items get flagged immediately, not after the next guest finds them.
